Sep28 Coffee Hour
Coffee hours will soon be swinging back into full gear. If it's been a while since you've hosted, please consider doing so. Refreshments don't have to be elaborate to be appreciated. You can sign up online for any open date, from now through December or on the sign up sheet outside of the Parish Hall.

Sep28 Book Club
Anyone who is interested in starting a book club at the parish to meet once or twice a month, please e-mail Susan K. or find her on a Sunday for details.

Healing Prayer Service
I have been in conversation with a few parishioners about reinstating a Healing Prayer service at Emmanuel. So far we all seem to agree we would definitely like to have it return. The question is when, what time and in what form? We need to reach a consensus! Please email Beth G. Let's talk, confer and decide! And hopefully we shall start within the next month.

Aug28 Worship Lectors
We're always seeking to include more people in this important aspect of Sunday worship. Sign up sheets are available on the bulletin board across from the parish hall. Please see or e-mail Terri H. if you'd like more info.

Oct 10 Roslindale Food Bank
Donations of canned and dry goods are taken to the Roslindale Food Bank every week. Please bring them in any Sunday and leave them in the church entry way.

July30 Lay Eucharistic Ministries
Emmanuel has been fortunate to have an active laity willing to step forward in their service to God. We're currently seeking to expand the number of parishioners interested in being trained to become Lay Eucharist Ministers, Chalice Bearers, or Crucifers/Acolytes for worship. Please see or e-mail Terri H. for more info.

Aug28 The Emmanuel Garden
Our Emmanuel Memorial Garden project, seed money of which was provided through a grant from the diocese last summer, is currently back in action. Please e-mail Susan K. or Terri H. for details.
